Persons will be called to speak in the order in which they pre-registered.  If time allows, people who did not pre-register will be accommodated. We strongly urge people interested in speaking to pre-register by calling the toll-free number 1-888-229-7857 and leaving their name, telephone number, the name of any group affiliation, and the date of the meeting at which they wish to speak.  The deadline for pre-registration for both meetings is January 7, 2003. A translator for Spanish-speakers will be available.

*Because January 14 is Inauguration Day, elected officials will be attending the January 15 hearing.  We encourage everyone to attend the January 15 hearing if possible.
